ELITEPL GUILD RULES


1. Purpose of the Guild - ElitePL target is to help its members in a good development of their characters and make it possible for them to take part in additional events and instance raids prepared by ElitePL or by the game developers, increasing the ingame experience and fun to maximum


2. Behaviour of the members - Every member of the guild makes an image of the guild to the players outside of it. Therefore, every guild member shall represent ElitePL properly, acting in a friendly and helpful way and using polite, non-abusive language, both on Guild Chat, World Chat and on dedicated ElitePL TeamSpeak 3 channels.


3. Guild entry requirements
- character level 80 or higher,
- familiarization and agreement with these rules.


4. Language within the guild - ElitePL is a multi-language guild. Therefore, no language will be put higher than others. On guild chat, everyone can use whatever language he knows and likes, provided that he will not abuse other players in a language they don't know.
Similar situation is on the TeamSpeak3 channels: main channel is for multi-language communication (same like guild chat). For the player's convenience another channel is also available with allowed communication in English language only.


5. Additional game features given by ElitePL - ElitePL membership guarantees:
- Using the Guild Base, along with all available features inside it,
- Passwords to ElitePL voice-communication channels on TeamSpeak3 (Server: EliteTS3.pl, kanał: "2.★★ ElitePL★★ "),
- Free molds for legendary items,
- DKP system (see: 8.),
- Help for players with finishing the harder quests (e.g. to kill a strong boss monster),
- Participation in dedicated Guild Events (e.g. Duel Championship, Farming Party etc.)
- Playing together in squad instances (Warsong, Nirvana, Lunar, The Nine Trials, Twilight Temple),
- Custom Title (4 letters) in the guild window (for Lv. 100+ members).


6. Guild Expectations - every member of the guild shall take care of:
- Development of the Guild Base,
- Developing his own character as quickly as possible,
- Active and frequent participation in the guild life, events organized by the guild etc.

The results of these expectation are few simple requirements given to each member:
- getting at least 2500 Contribution/Merit points per month (Detailed guide on how to get them can be found here: http://www.elitepl.pun.pl/viewtopic.php?id=475)
- getting at least 50 DKP points per month, for running instances along with other guild members (See: paragraph 8).

Players, who will not manage to fulfil one of these requirements because of a 1 month (or longer) absence in the game, shall inform the guild leader (Astreon) about it by sending an appropiate mail through the in-game Mailbox. Such players will be given a temporary, special title (OUT), meaning that they are relieved from the above requirements until they come back to play.


7. Guild Management - in ElitePL, Leader, Director, Marshals and Executors are called 'Guild Management'. Every member of the management has specific tasks assigned to him that serve the purpose of maintaining a good functioning of the guild, according to these rules. As a reward for spending additional time for the good of ElitePL, members of the management receive a 10% discount for every item ordered from our DKP system (e.g. item that costs 100 points will cost 90 points).


8. DKP System - ElitePL has a special items banking system (DKP system), governed by 2 ElitePL Marshals. The purpose of the system is to replace the membership fees that previously existed in ElitePL (See: 10. Purpose of guild funding runs) and to give guild members a good opportunity to get rare items from the instances raided by ElitePL. A typical guild funding run is described below:
a) Guild members form a party (squad) and raid an instance which gives decent drops (Possible options: Base Trials/Nirvana/Caster Nirvana/TT 1-3 and higher/Lunar/Warsong) - such party must only consist of ElitePL members. Alernative characters from other factions may join the run, provided that the player has a character in ElitePL with an active DKP account.
b) The squad choses 1 Bank-person, who collects all valuable drops from the raid.
c) Upon completion of the raid, the most valuable items (gold/red items, Uncanny and Rapture Crystals) are sent to guild-warehouse (Elite_Drops character) via in-game Mailbox.
d) Other items (np. green TT materials, Warsong Emblems, Round Shield Medals/Adamantine Whetstones) are sold by the Bank-person and sent as coins to the guild bank character (Elite_Bank) via in-game Mailbox as one mail, along with the character names of all people who took part in the raid (max 6). If an alt from outside the guild took part in the run, the mail shall contain the name of the character in ElitePL, not the name of the alt.
e) Upon confirmed receipt of items and coins, appropiate number of DKP points is added to the squad members' accounts.

Guild funding run is valid if:
- All bosses in an instance are killed. You can skip those bosses which drop very cheap items (worth less than 50.000 coins). Furthermore, you can choose and skip one boss which is too strong to kill for your squad (e.g. Twilight Emperor, Incacerate).
- All valuable drops from the raid are sent (as coins to Elite_Bank and as items to Elite_Drops). During TT runs, you shall also collect OHT materials (such as: Tear of Heaven/Leaf or Unicorn Forest/Big Golden Sculpture etc.) and Mirage Celestones (Fairy Boxes) which need to be sent to Elite_Drops character upon completion of the raid.


9. DKP points - Upon joining ElitePL, every member is granted a special DKP-account for collecting his DKP-points. Players collect their points as described in paragraph 8. DKP-points can be exchanged for one of the rare items obtained during guild-funding runs or sent voluntarily by other guild members. 10. The purpose of guild funding runs - The purpose of the guild funding runs is to cover the price of guild base development (building new structures). ElitePL doesn't have any additional income (such as TW Lands) and it is necessary to organize another source of coins. To make a good image of the guild needs, a table stating the level of structure vs. its cost is given below:



The requirement to send coins from DKP runs can be removed as soon as we accumulate enough coins to cover full development of the guild base. The other option will be using the DKP coins to buy Dragon Orbs and other refining aids to be available in exchange for DKP-points. An appropiate decision will be met in a special voting in due time.
